- Flush Cache and Delete App Cache (App Settings in Wealth Builder)
- Close the app and restart it
- Delete the app then reinstall
- Reboot the device
- All of above at once if they don't work individually
- Try listening to audio from a different device or a web browser and see if the problem persists as it may be a device specific or network connection issue
