If you just purchased one of our products or courses for the first time, please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be fulfilled and for the content to become available in your Wealth Builder account. You will receive an email from our Support Center letting you know when the content is available and how to access it. If after 72 hours, you still are not able to access the content, please submit a ticket to request further assistance.


If you previously had purchased one of our products in the past using one of our prior websites or order systems, and you do not currently have access to your content in the Wealth Builder app, please verify that you have created an account in the app using the same email that you used previously when ordering on our previous websites. Once you create an account in the app, login with your credentials and check again to see if the content is there.


If the content still isn't showing up, please submit a ticket to request further assistance.


Another tip: logging out and back into the app will sometimes cause your content to appear.
