If you just purchased one of our products for the first time, please allow up to 48 hours for us to add the access to your content in our mobile app, Wealth Builder. If after 48 hours, you still are not able to access the content, please submit a ticket to request further assistance.


If you previously had purchased one of our products in the past using one of our prior websites or order systems, and you do not have access to your content in the Wealth Builder app, please verify that you have created an account in the app using the same email that you used previously to access your content on our previous websites. Once you create an account in the app, login with your credentials and check your Library again to see if the content is there.


If the content still isn't showing up, please submit a ticket to request further assistance.


Another tip: logging out and logging back into the app often will cause your content to appear.
